meet the teachers

Munire
director, lead teacher
I've been an Early Childhood Educator for 7 years and am a certified teacher in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.
I decided to open my own daycare to provide the community with the kind of care and attention I wanted for my own two children. I am dedicated to making every child here feel loved, supported, and confident. All the children I've taught hold special places in my heart and I take this privilege to take care of your children very seriously.

warm and home-like environment
Your child will feel like they're with family here at Fig & Olive. Separating from parents can be scary for little ones, so being cared for in a warm and loving home helps soothe these normal worries. The mixed age group allows the smaller children to learn skills like talking, potty-training, walking, and more from the big kids; while the older children learn skills of patience and kindness from the littles.
meals made with love
Healthy homemade meals and snacks are served everyday and included in the cost of tuition. They are thoughtfully planned to provide well-balanced nutrition and variety, while using safe and natural ingredients. All meat served is halal.
